Do You Mix Different Customers’ Clothes in the Same Laundry Load to ‘Save’?
No, we do not mix different customers’ clothes. Our Cancun laundry service treats every laundry order individually, focusing on one customer at a time and always prioritizing high-quality laundry over quantity.
Do You Separate Dark and Colored Clothes from Light and White Laundry?
To give dark and light clothes the proper care, it’s best to wash them separately. At our Cancun laundry service, when a customer brings more than 3 kg of laundry, including black and white clothes, we separate them into different loads. This may generate extra costs because the laundry is divided into separate wash cycles.

What Are Your Cancun Laundry Service Prices?
The cost of our Cancun laundry service depends on the number of wash and dry cycles required. It is directly related to the weight of your laundry, but it is also affected by the type of fabric to be washed and dried. For example, towels and comforters require more drying cycles. Our laundry pickup and/or delivery service price depends on the distance from our Cancun laundry to your location.
What Is the Turnaround Time for Your Cancun Laundry Service?
We usually try to offer same-day service at our Cancun laundry, but it depends on what time the clothes arrive at Lavandería Las Palapas. The full wash, dry, and bagging process takes around 4 hours. Please keep in mind that each laundry load is placed in a production line as it arrives, and our turnaround time also depends on our closing hour.
